EI 120 Intumescent fire wall collar PVCPART

  • Fire rating two hours: EI 240, according to configuration
  • Available in several pipe diameters, please see table
  • Clean the pipe where the clamp is to be fitted
  • Place the fire clamp around the tube and lock it by folding back the closing tab
  • Fix the support brackets to the structure
  • On wall configurations, proceed in the same way on the other side of the partition.
  • Steel collar filled with black intumescent paste
  • Inside diameter: 32mm to 400mm
  • Storage temperature: between -5°C and 50°C in its original packaging
  • Refer to the product safety data sheet
  • Personal safety hygiene rules in the workplace
  • Wear suitable PPE: gloves and protective goggles

Description

PVCPART is an intumescent fire stop collar for sealing plastic pipes and PVC pipe passages
For fire compartmentation of plastic pipes with diameters of 32mm to 400mm, in wall or slab configurations.
On all materials: drywall, masonry, concrete.
