BoxPART is a rigid galvanized steel or stainless steel (on request) prefabricated firewall enclosure unit.
Variable dimensions depending on the size of the anchorage to be protected and the geometry of the site application (made to measure).
The enclosure is able to accommodate one or more heads.
Insulating complex based on fibres and fireproof gel, implemented in an M0 fabric cover (patented COMPART system).
Can be dismantled and repositioned as required, without joints and without the need of a technician (fire protection degree guaranteed).

  • Carry out the installation of prestressing elements as usual
  • Drill the necessary holes to fix the enclosure
  • Position the enclosure
  • Insert the dowels and tighten the nuts so that the enclosure and its retaining flange, if applicable, can be placed against the concrete

If a subsequent visit is required, repeat the operation in the reverse order for removal and reinstall according to the installation after inspection.

  • Thickness of the insulation complex reduced and flexible
  • Colour: metallic or other finish on request (epoxy paint, etc.)
  • Guaranteed halogen-free

Description

BoxPART is a fire protection enclosure Freyssibar-type anchor heads or for prestressing cable anchor heads on roads, rail, or mixed tunnels.
It protects cables and prestressing elements from fire when they must maintain optimum performance, even under the action of an increased hydrocarbon fire.
Meets the M0 requirement in tunnels.
